*Event Size is based on GROSS anticipated attendance over the full duration of the event. 
Large-scale outdoor events are subject to a different rate schedule and rental agreement than indoor rentals.
Outdoor rental does not allow you access to any amenities inside the building, including restrooms and kitchen.
